The Local Government Board today approved an expenditure of 164,025.63 euros to make effective the call for aid to athletic clubs and athletes high performance of the municipality, as proposed by the monitoring committee, composed of technicians and councilors of the municipal corporation , responsible for evaluating the applications submitted to the call made by the Department of Sports.
A total of 26 sports clubs in the municipality will be distributed 154,725.63 euros in different amounts according to the score obtained in the scale of the call in which they were required to have the seat in San Javier and carry out federated sports activities.
In the individual case, the total aid will be 9,300 euros distributed among nine athletes, who must have the official qualification of high performance athlete, compete as a federated and be registered in San Javier.
In both cases, the amounts approved will be released in the coming days.
The same Governing Board approved the resolution of the issuance of another call for aid, the one referred to study grants for the 2nd cycle of Early Childhood Education, course 18/19.
It is a municipal contribution for books or teaching material for children of 3, 4 and 5 years of which a total of 337 families will be benefited, which are equally divided into a game of 18,000 euros, corresponding a total of 53.40 euros to each student.
The call had a total of 411 applications, of which 74 were denied for failing to meet the requirements established as being students of Primary, not Child, submit the application late, not be registered in the municipality, or exceed the income limits of the year 2017 established in the call, among others.
