So far seven crimes against property and individuals have been clarified

The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed the operation 'Albasit', an investigation aimed at clarifying several robberies of persons committed in San Javier, which has resulted in the identification, location and detention of a young man as alleged author of, at less, seven criminal facts.
After being brought to justice, the arrested person has entered prison.
Agents of the Benemérita, specialized in Judicial Police and Prevention of Citizen Security, began the operation last April to investigate the violent assault on a house in San Javier.
The events took place when the victim was sleeping and was surprised by a hooded man, who began assaulting him using extreme violence, repeatedly hitting the victim, in the head and thorax area, with a blunt object that was in The home itself: a pan.
After the violent episode, the victim managed to go outside to ask for help.
After that, she was transferred to the Los Arcos hospital to be assisted in the wounds she presented, being necessary to apply several stitches.
From the exhaustive technical-ocular inspection that was carried out at home, it appears that the assailant accessed the house through a window, previously forced by a robbery suffered a month earlier, allegedly committed by the same individual.
He watched his future victims
The investigation has made it possible to establish as a link between the crimes that the alleged perpetrator carried out surveillance work in the gambling halls, making sure that his future victims had cash.
Later he persecuted them to their homes and, once there, perpetrated the robberies.
As a result of the investigation, the civil guards have been able to verify that the suspect also allegedly consummated other criminal typologies, such as theft with force inside vehicles, being attributed to it up to four criminal offenses of this type.
After several months of complex investigation and the result of the work carried out by the civil guards, the alleged perpetrator of the investigated criminal acts was identified, then establishing a search device that has culminated in his location and detention as the alleged perpetrator of the crimes of robbery with violence in inhabited housing, injuries, robbery with force in interior of housing and four crimes of robbery with force in interior vehicle.
The analysis of the evidence obtained during the development of the operation has made it possible to verify that the young man arrested, allegedly, is after the authorship of seven criminal acts, not ruling out his involvement in the commission of more crimes.
The detainee has entered prison
The 21-year-old Moroccan arrested, residing in San Javier and with a record for similar crimes and the proceedings taken have been made available to the Court of Instruction of San Javier (Murcia), who has exercised the judicial direction of the operation and has decreed the imprisonment of the detainee.
