The Councilor for Culture, David Martínez thanked CEHIS for its claim to Local History and its interest in granting it a scientific character while offering the support and collaboration of its department in any project that requires it.

The mayor of San Javier José Miguel Luengo thanked the president of CEHIS and its members who packed the presentation with their presence, the implementation of this association "for its contribution to the heritage of all Sanjaviereños" through its work of study and dissemination.

Luengo referred to two historic milestones that are celebrated this year as the 75th anniversary of the AGA and the 100th anniversary of the Yacht Club, both linked to the history of the municipality that, he recalled, recently hosted the celebration VII Regional Day of Local History convened by the Center for Historical Studies and Local Research Foundation.
