The draw for "The fair quilt" made in patchwork workshop Time Bank has managed to raise 2,136 euros were donated to Caritas of Santiago de la Ribera.
The quilt, made in the workshop who run voluntary Chus Martinez and Toni López was made with bits of fabric and time spent by instructors and students of the workshop under the theme "Handmade to lend a hand."
The draw for the quilt on Monday 12 May was held at the headquarters of Caritas Santaigo de la Ribera in the presence of its director, José María Cervantes and coordinator, Fatima Sanchez.
Also attending the workshop students and instructors, as well as collaborating with this initiative.
The quilt already own after the draw came out winning in the number 522. Caritas representatives appreciated the collaboration that both parties agreed to continue over time.
