Councilman Trade and Employment, Pedro López today stressed the importance of trade "because it helps to structure a people and establishing synergies with other sectors such as tourism", during the presentation of an agreement it has signed the newly created Association Sole Traders, unifies traders municipality, Regional Rural Fund.
The mayor Pedro López said his department works so that "our merchants and small entrepreneurs to develop their activities in a climate with supportive and collaborative initiatives for trade promotion, training and job search and also lending our support to the own initiatives as this agreement that improves conditions for financing our merchants ".
Lopez was accompanied by the president of the Association of Sole Traders, José Navarro Chacon and President of Regional Rural Box, Juan Andrés Jiménez who highlighted the economic strength of San Javier and entrepreneurial nature of its business network which now contribute the Regional Fund "making available to the associated new financing and a number of favorable tools to improve their funding."
José Navarro Chacon, who represents the new unified business association which have already joined 61 partners from San Javier and Santiago de la Ribera and also other parts of the municipality, explained that this agreement is part of its commitment to reach agreements with entities from a position of group with which to join forces in defending common interests.
The aim, according to Navarro explained, is "get through a trade subsistence to a trading enterprise."
The new association that gathers mostly traders, and still growing by the day, prepared a website where provide detailed information and contacts of all partners, while still active presence in social networks, twitter (sajavierunico and facebook where both the association and its members report on any developments.
