The carnival group committee continues to work during the year to improve and publicize these parties who have enhanced their level in recent years.

The form can be completed by all institutions, associations and legal entities of cultural, sporting or political if they are legalized.
The form must complete the name, number of members of the same type, year of foundation and a message of support.
This shall be signed by the president of the Association or by people who are appointed in their absence.
The Commission calls for a collaboration as soon as possible in order to process the record in the month of June and await their approval for the next edition.
