The Information Service of the Youth Housing Youth council has received 179 inquiries in the first four months of 2010, of which 75 percent were interested in the rent, and only 25 percent remaining for the purchase.
The majority profile of users of this service is divided almost equally between men and women, of whom 70 percent are of Spanish nationality, and the rest foreigners.
Of 179 registered users, 111 were active, while 62 were unemployed at the time of making the query.
