Six councilors join to celebrate the V Family Day (01/06/2018)

The day of coexistence with which traditionally closes the course the Municipal School of Family will be held tomorrow, Saturday June 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the pine forest of San Blas with a macro party in which the councils of Social Services, Parks and Gardens, Environment, Culture through the library, Volunteering, Education, and the Conservatory of Music.

The councilors of Social Services, Estibaliza Masegosa and the Parks and Gardens, Maria Dolores Ruiz presented this morning the V Conferences in Family that aims to "provide a space for families to enjoy a morning of healthy leisure in the framework of the Plan Municipal de Infancia y Adolescencia that San Javier has launched as a Child Friendly City, "said Estíbaliz Masegosa.

The extensive program of activities will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a tree planting, to remind us of the closeness of World Environment Day, which is celebrated on June 5th.

A healthy breakfast will be offered from 11 a.m., followed by a puppet theater with "Los tres cerditos".

At 11:45 a craft workshop will begin where children can create their own masks.

Starting at 12 noon, different spaces will be opened around San Blas, where there will be a family Mini Gymkana, with the Leisure and Leisure Association Mar Menor.

Conservatory musicians will premiere the musical kiosk in front of the hermitage in the "Pequemusic" corner.

There will also be popular and musical games, a library and a bouncy castle, donated by Abraham Project Association.

The day was also used to make visible the service of the Center for Attention to Women Victims of Gender Violence, CAVI, of San Javier on the occasion of its tenth anniversary for which the 1,500 mills challenge was created.

The Scout group of San Javier will lead a mill making workshop that will later be planted in a garden.

At 1:30 pm there will be an awards ceremony and a raffle for gifts of "In your park or mine", which has been added to this celebration with the enhancement of the San Blas park, which has a total of 27 parks, 3 of them canines, which have been recovered in this term for the enjoyment of families in the best conditions, "said the mayor of Parks and Gardens, María Dolores Ruiz.

The mayor, María Dolores Ruiz advanced, also, the adequacy of the pine forest of San Blas, where there will also be new tree plantations, which is recovered as a space for leisure and recreation for families.

Estíbaliz Masegosa and María Dolores Ruiz launched a massive invitation to participate in the conference in which the collaboration of several councilors have managed to offer a varied and abundant program to spend a fun morning of coexistence between families.
