A seahorse will announce the Carnival of Santiago de la Ribera 2020 (27/01/2020)

The seahorse designed by Salvador Navarro was chosen from 19 designs from different parts of Spain, said the president of the commission, Ana María Pérez at the first public event of the riverside carnival.

The mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo, the Councilor for Fiestas, Isidoro Miñano and the pediatric mayor of Santiago de la Ribera, Mauricio Ruiz were responsible for discovering the winning work that will take 300 euros in addition to becoming an image of the Carnival 2020 .

The big carnival parade, with more than 3000 participants, will leave on the afternoon of March 1.
