The cycle "Books in Acoustics", which fuses literature and music, returns to San Javier with Nieves Herrero and his book "Those Blue Days" in which he reveals the identity of Guiomar, the woman to whom Machado dedicated his love verses, and Nacho Montes who will talk about his book "The son of the seamstress" in which Balenciaga's life novels.

The Councilor for Culture, David Martínez accompanied by the organizers of the Oché Cortés and Manolo Sotomayor cycle, and the coordinator of the municipal libraries, Toni Díaz, presented today at the City of San Javier the two meetings that will take place on April 18 with Nieves Blacksmith, during the events of Book Day, and next September 26 with Nacho Montes whose novel "The son of the seamstress" has been chosen for the project of the municipal library "A book, a city" in which promotes the massive reading of a title and an encounter with its author.

The journalist and writer Nieves Herreno will be in San Javier next April 18 to tell the ins and outs of "Those blue days", a title he takes from the verse found in Antonio Machado's jacket at his death and which refers to his beloved Guiomar whose true Identity reveals in the book.

Herrero recreates in "Those blue days", the love story lived between the poet and Pilar de Valderrama, an intellectual woman from Madrid's high society of the moment, married and with three children.

The music will be provided by Oché Cortés and Eu Molina who will intersperse the sung verses of Machado.

The journalist and writer Nacho Montes will meet his readers on September 26 to unravel with them "The son of the seamstress" a novel that mixes reality and fiction, based on the life of the master of international sewing Cristóbal Balenciaga.

Without abandoning the thread of his career that begins in his mother's workshop, Nacho Montes focuses on the most human aspects of the character in the historical context that goes from 1907 to 1948, with Guetaria, San Sebastián and Paris as scenarios.

On this occasion the music will be played by The Red Velvets group with music from the 20s, 30s and 40s.

The two appointments, included in the program of activities of the municipal library, will have free access with invitation that will be previously collected in the Gala bookstore, in San Javier, where they will be available one month before each date.

The Museum of San Javier will host the two evenings of "Books in Acoustics" that will take place at 8pm, and will include book signing by the followers of the two invited authors.
