The mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo reported today that the City of San Javier has postponed the application period for a place in the infant management centers of municipal management due to the exceptional situation generated by the health alarm.
Once the new deadline to apply for a place in the centers for children from 0 to 3 years of the municipality has been set, it will be announced through the municipal media.
The mayor of San Javier today pointed out the improvement in the number of infections at the Los Arcos del Mar Menor hospital where there are 4 people admitted, two in the ICU and two on the floor, one less in both cases, compared to yesterday.
The number of confirmed positives in the municipality of San Javier is still 15 people, although there are neighbors with unconfirmed symptoms with medical follow-up from home.
José Miguel Luengo insisted on the advisability of wearing a mask every time you go out of the house and announced the reactivation of the campaign of making homemade masks in which 300 volunteers and several companies have participated so far, who managed to produce a total of 30,000 units already distributed.
The mayor announced that in anticipation of the time that still remains to wear a mask and due to the extension of its use, the solidarity of the people will be requested again to make more masks that will be distributed in the municipality.
