The municipal sports center opens its outdoor sports facilities to the public (15/05/2020)

| Users must book in advance to practice tennis, paddle tennis, racquetball, archery and athletics | Playing tennis, paddle tennis, racquetball, practicing archery or exercising on the athletics track is now possible at the municipal sports center of San Javier, which since Thursday has kept its outdoor sports facilities open, from Monday to Sunday.

Users must make a prior reservation online to be able to use the facilities individually, the Councilor for Sports, Sergio Martínez recalled today during a visit to the municipal sports center where the entry of athletes who go through a security protocol is controlled. Sergio Martínez pointed out that the sports center has adapted all the indications of the health authorities for Phase 1, which includes a checkpoint where the temperature is taken for users who have to use a hydroalcoholic gel on their hands and go through a disinfectant mat.

The use of a mask is highly recommended at the entrance and exit enabled separately in the Sports Center inside which the daily cleaning and disinfection work of the various sports facilities open to the public have been reinforced. The opening hours of the facilities available to book are from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m.

and from 5 to 10 p.m.

and Sundays from 9 a.m.

to 1:30 p.m.

Reservations and payment of any service can only be made online at www.pdmsanjavier.com where an appointment will also be requested to be attended in person at the office.

High-level and high-performance athletes will have preference in the facilities reserve, accrediting their condition at sports@sanjavier.es The Councilor for Sports, Sergio Martínez today highlighted the good reception that the opening of part of the facilities has had in which both the tennis and paddle tennis courts, where doubles cannot yet be played, as well as the running track are very defendants.
