The "Acoustic Books" cycle will be held in a limited space and outdoors on September 26 and October 10 (15/09/2020)

| Nacho Montes and Nieves Herrero will present their books with a capacity of 100 people in the Plaza de España in San Javier in two events that fuses literature and music | The Councilor for Culture, David Martínez announced today that the cycle "Acoustic Books", which has been postponed twice, will finally be held on September 26 with Nacho Montes and October 10 with Nieves Herrero, in the Plaza de España de San Javier, in a limited outdoor space with a maximum capacity of 100 people.

The public, who must first withdraw an invitation at the San Javier library or Gala Bookstore, will be seated, wearing the mask and respecting the safety distance. The new format, adapted to current health indications, also modifies the book signing process for the followers of the invited authors.

In order to avoid concentration of people, readers interested in obtaining the author's signature should leave their books in the San Javier library and collect them afterwards, already signed. Manolo Sotomayor organizer together with Oché Cortés of the cycle "Libros en Acústico", which fuses literature and music, recalled that Nacho Montes will present his book "The son of the seamstress" in which he novels the life of the fashion designer Balenciaga, on Saturday 26 September at 8:00 p.m.

The event, moderated by Oché Cortés, will feature a performance by The Red Velvets, who will put the musical thread in the story that mixes reality and fiction about the life of the sewing master Cristóbal Balenciaga. The journalist Nieves Herrero will be in San Javier on Saturday, October 10 at 10:00 am to talk about her book "Those blue days", the title of the verse found on Antonio Machado's jacket at his death and which refers to his beloved Guiomar whose true identity reveals the author in the book.

Oché Cortés will give voice to Machado's love verses accompanied by the pianist Eu Molina in an act moderated by the journalist Tati García. The Councilor for Culture David Martínez thanked the involvement of the organizers of the cycle as well as the San Javier library for the realization of these events "showing that Culture is safe" and recalled that the capacity is very limited to one hundred people who can only Access with the invitation already available at the San Javier library and at the Gala Library, San Javier.

The two events scheduled this year in the "Acoustic Books" cycle in San Javier had been postponed twice as they were located in a closed space.
