The Department of Social Services met with the municipal associations in a meeting attended by 28 associations represented a total of 100 people.
The main objective of this meeting was the presentation of the Hotel Association to be put in place in order to strengthen the network of associations of the municipality and to foster the relationship between different groups.
The councilman of Social Services, Maria Angeles Chumillas who chaired the meeting took the opportunity to congratulate everyone for their membership of the association "from being offered a great service to society while fostering cooperation, whatever the purpose of each. "
The mayor offered the support of the council "to continue working together" and improving infrastructure to develop their work through the Hotel Association, which among other objectives is to provide a decent place to meet.
The Department of Social Services also met all the volunteers for this year have worked with the Time Bank, which brought on a day when there was time to work with sharing with the participation of several local associations presented their volunteer needs, and also for leisure, with a boat trip along the Mar Menor and a meal of coexistence.
