The mayor of San Javier, Pepa García and direct Aquagest in the Region of Murcia, José Albaladejo opened this morning Aquagest new offices in San Javier, which aims to "give the city a new image of modernity and efficiency," said Albaladejo, who said "the cooperation and good understanding between the City of San Javier and Aquagest" in a ceremony attended by the Councillor for Public Services, Pedro Javier Muñoz, among other council members, and guests.
The new offices are located on Market Street in a room of 300 square meters in which 9 people working daily between management and technical personnel as reported by the operations manager in San Javier, José Luis Billion.
The office is modern and functional design as a scheduled service and information to which anyone can go for information on water service, or raise any questions or problems as breakdowns, leaks or lack of pressure, said Billion.
Pepa Garcia thanked Aquagest's effort to improve service and highlighted other initiatives such as the commitment to the latest technologies with remote stations that can slice up the network of 270 kilometers of potable water which ensures the continued supply to nearly 31,500 people , a number that triples in summer.
The Mayor stressed the commitment to quality that makes the concessionaire of the municipal water service, "with 10 points daily monitoring of chlorine and various analytical guarantee the quality of water supplied to San Javier", or the effort to renew each year ISO 9001 Certificate since 1999 when it implemented the Quality Management System.
Pepa Garcia also pointed out other business values such as the implementation of a plan of equality between men and women, or the commitment of the municipality Aquagest working with the Festival of Jazz and Theater and other local festivals.
