Forty rescue work for the safety of the municipality's beaches this summer (02/07/2010)

Manuel Leal also stressed that there will be coordination with local police with a new communication technology system, and the continued presence on the waterfront of Santiago de la Ribera a daily patrol during the twelve hours of bigger audiences.

The mayor of San Javier, Pepa Garcia highlighted the efforts in monitoring beaches "that have hopefully not too much work thanks to preventive work."

Emergency general director, Luis Gestoso coincided in pointing out "the envelope with the one that has the municipality of San Javier in surveillance and rescue of its beaches are among the most secure of Spain."
