The mayor, José Miguel Luengo received today at City Hall the dean of the College of Engineers of Public Works and Civil Engineers of Murcia, Manuel Camacho and national president of the colegida entity, Paloma Gázquez, along with a wide representation of the group that today celebrates its patron, Santo Domingo de la Calzada, with a day of living in San Javier.
Luengo was "the honor" of San Javier for the visit of the College of Engineers of Public Works and Civil Engineers "that I inform you of the major projects we have for San Javier to better know our municipality."
Also, the mayor of San Javier, civil engineer by profession, expressed his personal satisfaction for sharing the day "with my colleagues."
Both the dean of the College, Manuel Camacho, as the national president, Paloma Gázquez thanked the welcome and interest in knowing more about a municipality like San Xavier del which highlighted their excellent progression.
Both reiterated the willingness of the College to collaborate with the City in everything that deems appropriate in relation to public works in the city, as agreed in a previous meeting the mayor and Dean, Manuel Camacho.
After the official reception at City Hall the group of engineers visited the AGA and Santiago de la Ribera where they sailed to tour the Mar Menor and La Manga before convivial meal with which put an end to the visit.
