Students school 5th visit El Mirador courts Murcia (12/05/2016)

Students of 5th of Primary CEIP El Mirador recently visited the courts of Murcia on a visit that is part of the "Education in Justice" of the Ministry of Education of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.

Accompanied by his tutor, Pedro Vera and the head teacher, Carlos Meziat, the kids were greeted by the juvenile judge, Joaquín Angel Domingo showed them various units such as prison cells, the press room, the courtroom and jury, among other agencies.

The judge explained how the trials, the place of each of the parties involved therein, the court symbolism and several accumulated during their years of practice stories unfold.

TSJ president, Miguel Pascual of Riquelme also took a few minutes to the students of El Mirador, giving the calves to be good citizens and have no problems with justice: word and dialogue.

Later visited the city of Murcia where they were received by the mayor, José Ballesta also gave them a few minutes to explain the history of the city, and the foundation of the Consistory, which celebrates its 750th anniversary, among other details.

The kids completed the fruitful morning in Murcia with a stroll through the historic center of the city, including a tour of the Cathedral, Casino, street Tatters, and Romea Theater.
