The Director General of Planning, Architecture and Housing, Nuria Fuentes said today in San Javier that the regional government considers as a priority the land-use planning of San Javier and pledged to speed up as much as possible the processing of the new Plan city ​​once it is sent to the Ministry of Planning after new provisional approval by the full city Council of San Javier.

Nuria Fuentes, who met with the mayor, José Miguel Luengo in the municipality of San Javier, is also referred to the importance that both the municipality and the region of Murcia has the approval of the General Plan "that contributes to provide legal certainty and confidence for future investments. "

José Miguel Luengo said after the meeting that the PGOU, is only the absence of one of the precise sectoral reports to conclude the final document is scheduled to take plenary before the end of the year for its new provisional approval before sending it to the Autonomous Community for final approval.

The General Plan has incorporated today all the recommendations made by the received sectoral reports, except for one that has not yet come, and the arguments accepted after the period of public exhibition reopened after provisionally approved in December 2014.
