The mayor of San Javier José Miguel Luengo has signed two contracts with the company OSEPSA Obras y Servicios Públicos SA for the replenishment of urban services in different streets of Santiago de la Ribera that total a total of 317,797 euros to be financed by municipal funds with Charge to the surplus for the year 2015.
The first of the contracts that was tendered with a budget of € 333,500 was awarded to the aforementioned company, which was attended by 45 other companies, for a final amount of € 173,919.94.
Works that will begin in February and which are expected to end in Easter, consist of the replacement of sidewalks, pavement and lighting in the streets Nardos, Jazmines, Hortensias and others in the urbanization Las Palmeras, in Santiago de la Ribera.
The same company won another bid with a budget of 286,895.74 €, in which a total of 58 companies participated, being awarded for an amount of 143,878 euros for works of replenishment of urban services in the streets San Martín de Porres, O ' Shea, Bernal and others in the urban area of ​​Santiago de la Ribera that will be carried out with the same deadline.
The mayor José Miguel Luengo pointed out the commitment of the City of San Javier with the continuous improvement of our streets and public spaces and stressed that the economic savings obtained in the bidding process of € 159,581 in the first tender and € 143,017 in the second Will allow to continue expanding this type of actions of urban planning adaptation in public spaces.
