The mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo received in the City today a group of 26 young Germans who are of linguistic and cultural exchange with students of the school "Sacred Heart", of San Javier.
The young people, who are between 14 and 15 years of age, are students of the school St. Sebastian, of Stegen, municipality located in the zone of the Black Forest to the southwest of Germany.
The German students now return the visit of the "Sacred Heart" students who traveled to Stegen at the end of last January.
In both cases the young people stay for a week with the families of their exchange partners while completing a week of activities and visits with which they practice the language (Spanish and English), and they know the culture and the way Of life of the two countries.
The mayor addressed the young people, who came accompanied by the director of the center Luis Chocarro and the Spanish and German teachers responsible for the exchange, to briefly introduce the municipality and wish them a happy stay.
