The mayor of San Javier José Miguel Luengo and the Councilor for Finance and Sports, Carlos Albaladejo met yesterday with the Minister of Education and Universities María Isabel Sánchez-Mora and the general director of Educational Centers, Maria Dolores Valcárcel, with whom they addressed different Issues of current educational in the municipality as the possible extension of studies in the Faculty of Sports Sciences with the Degree of Dance and Performing Arts whose application by the UMU has the support of the City of San Javier.
As a novelty in educational matters, José Miguel Luengo said after the meeting with the counselor that the next course San Javier will have a basic cycle of hotel training "which will be the first step for the future School of Hospitality of San Javier."
The mayor added that this is a "very good news that will help us the impulse that from the City of San Javier we are giving training in this sector."
In this sense, Luengo recalled that the new Business Center of Santiago de la Ribera will also include a hotel room where you can offer training courses "that are demanded by the sector to increase the quality of service in all trades involved in the same".
