Mayor Jose Miguel Luengo today received the young bullfighter of San Javier, Ramon Serrano who at age 19 is emerging as one of the new bullfighting figures in the Region of Murcia.
Ramón Serrano, name with which appears in the posters since he debuted at the Plaza de Abarán at the age of 16, has been preparing since the age of 15 in the School of Bullfighting in the Region of Murcia where he receives the teachings of the master Pepín Liria.
