Request a certificate of registration from home and free of charge is possible in the City of San Javier, where until now could only be requested in person by paying a fee of 3 euros.
The online application for the registration certificate will be made by accessing the electronic headquarters through the municipal website www.sanjavier.es, and with the certificate or electronic ID, which legally identifies the applicant, click on the registration option and finally print the steering wheel.
This new step of the Municipal Electronic Headquarters has come accompanied by the implementation of a shift manager on the ground floor of the City Council for direct attention in services such as Padrón, General Registry and Single Window, which improves attention to Public and avoid queues to be attended.
Since last Monday, when the shift manager was put in place, with a dispenser and a screen that warns of the shift and the table of attention, an average of 124 people have been taken care of daily, with 8 minutes of waiting time of Average and 6 minutes of attention.
The screen includes a corner where promotional videos of the municipality are projected that users can see during the waiting time.
