The City of San Javier celebrates tomorrow, Saturday, November 18, the First Gala of Children and Adolescents to be held in the auditorium of the civic center "Prince of Asturias", Santiago de la Ribera, to commemorate the International Children's Day , which is celebrated on November 20.
The Golosino Magician, of Pupa Clown, will act and will be in charge of leading the event that arises at the initiative of the Local Table of the Infancy and Youth created as an organ of participation and representation of the youngest in the municipality of San Javier recognized by UNICEF as "Child Friendly City" since 2016.
The Golosino Wizard will open the Gala in which Kevin Mancojo, a young man from the municipality who will offer a motivational talk will participate.
The members of the Local Board of Children and Youth have also wanted to highlight with special mentions outstanding people and entities in improving the living conditions of children in the municipality.
The members of the Board agreed to reward the Scout group of San Javier, the RafaPuede Foundation, a pediatrician from the Santiago de la Ribera Health Center, the youth correspondents program and a young student at the Conservatory of Music.
Also distinguish young people who obtained the best academic records of high school in the municipality during the past year according to the call made by the Department of Education of the City of San Javier.
The Gala that will close the mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo will have music, fun and surprises for the whole family in an event that aims to give prominence to children and adolescents in our town without missing a date as important as the International Day of the child.
