The Department of Youth municipality of San Javier has launched an initiative called "shares a flat" managed free by the Youth Housing Service, which aims to facilitate contact between young students or workers who do not have sufficient economic resources to the emancipation and can thus lowering share accommodation costs, said the mayor of Youth, José Luis Espinosa.
This service also includes a bag for rent maintained by the Department of Youth for homeowners who want to put their houses on rent.
The stock of rental apartments is open to applicants aged between 18 and 35 years of age.
Those interested in accessing this new service, either to share housing and proceed to search for a home through the bag can rent it before enrolling in the Department by completing an online form that can be found in www.juventud. sanjavier.es, or directly in the Youth office, located in Almansa Park Civic Center, San Javier.
