The prevention campaign, "Grow in Safety" will reach more than 300 children in the municipality (12/11/2010)

More than 300 children in 5 of all primary schools in the municipality of San Javier directly involved in the accident prevention campaign on school, "Increased security, this morning presented the mayor, Pepa Garcia and the director of Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Tomás Pérez Fuentes, in the municipality of San Javier.

Pepa Garcia explained that the campaign is carried out for the second year in San Javier will focus on school-based prevention in the home, in school and transfers between the two destinations.

The campaign will develop technical Ucomur, lasts until the end of the first quarter of next year.

Students receive 45-minute talks in schools and the specially designed material in comic form, and a DVD with an interactive educational and entertaining at the same time, said Thomas Perez.

Teachers also receive educational material on prevention in school.

The campaign will end with a drawing competition with top prizes in two phases, local and regional, which is intended to translate children learning.

Both the mayor, Pepa Perez Garcia and Thomas stressed the importance of preventing influence with kids, "to help get awareness about the dangers of their environment, and are transmitted in families with adults more aware of risk prevention both industrial and domestic, "said Perez.
