The final activity report of the Housing Information Service in San Javier Young shows that the number of service users interested in buying a home, compared to rent, has grown so far this year going from 8.15 percent in 2009 to 29, 09 percent of all inquiries received in the first nine months of 2010.

Rent and financial assistance for leasing remains, however, the main reason for consultation with a 71.9 per cent of the issues raised by the 324 service users registered from January to October this year.

According to the activity report of the Information Service Youth Housing, the Department of Youth, users are informed by the home buying a house looking mainly at second hand, and economic aid of eligible for purchase.

At the same time increase the consultations on tax cuts for first access to housing.
