The Conservatory of Music in San Javier held tomorrow, Friday 19 November, the feast of St. Cecilia, patron saint of music, with a program of activities starting at 16:00 h.
with the screening of the movie "Drumline," about a young musician and a school band contest in the background.
At the end of the film will be offered hot chocolate with pastries in the courtyard of the center for all students, performance of the young wizard Abel Marin at 18:25 pm
The mayor of San Javier, Pepa Garcia will attend the Festival of Song I organized by the Conservatoire, to be held in the center's facilities, at 19:00 pm
with free participation by students.
Pepa García also assist the Awards to be held at 20:15 am
In the same event will award the prizes of the third edition of the essay contest craft and convened on the occasion of the feast of St. Cecilia whose theme was "Two centuries, two composers: Schumann and Chopin" dedicated to the bicentenary of the birth of both musicians .
