The mayor of San Javier Pepa Garcia has received this morning in San Javier the British consul in Alicante, Paul Rodwell and a hundred British citizens who have attended the briefing called by the consulate in the auditorium of the Museum of San Javier.
British citizens resident in the area have come to the event as part of the consulate's information campaign to explain to their fellow citizens all the services you can claim in diplomatic offices located in Alicante.
The British consulate in Alicante covers the communities of Valencia, Murcia and Albacete province, home to 163,322 British citizens, of which 21,432 reside in the Region of Murcia.
Consulate staff told the audience more specific questions on pensions, registration, and others relating to health care in Spain.
The mayor of San Javier welcomed in English, to the present, stressing the integration of the British community in the municipality to which he invited to work with the native population to continue to improve this integration
