The Christmas program of the Department of Culture begins this weekend with the "Gathering of Choirs at Christmas" to be held on Sunday December 19th from 16:30 pm at the church of San Javier.
The meeting will ring Christmas carols and traditional pieces sung by ten different choirs.
The Maris Stella Björk coral, or coral St. James, share the stage with choirs from schools, Conservatory, senior centers, or song and dance.
Also this weekend, Saturday morning at 20:30 h.
in the church of San Javier is celebrated representation "Christmas Verses", organized by the parish of St. Francis Xavier.
This is a show that includes Christmas carols by the choir and Björk Stella Maris classic theater pieces in verse as "The order of the Magi" and "Pastors" represented by the Teatro San Javier group, led by Leonor Benítez.

José María Díaz García, Director of Technology Center for Craft in the Region of Murcia Christmas will deliver the opening address on 22 December at 20:30
in the church of San Javier, where the same act will open the exhibition "Nativity People" organized by the Bishop of Cartagena and the Parish Museum.
The Cathedral Choir of Cartagena Francisco Zabala close the event with a Christmas concert.
The Christmas program this year focuses on activities and entertainment for children and parties of Kings to be held in all districts of the municipality.
