The school "Fulgencio Ruiz" opens biomass boiler for heating (14/01/2011)

The cost of the facilities created by the company Zero Degrees South at 40,000 euros that the city funded in part by a grant for biomass installations.

Air pollution generated by the biomass boiler is void because it is CO2 that have previously set the atmosphere plants that make up the biomass used.

The boiler is rated at 100 kilowatts, with a storage tank of 3,000 liters.

It can operate with chips or pellets, (small clusters of various materials).
