The detainee has a history of committing criminal acts before
La Guardia Civil de Murcia, in the context of integrated services in the Plan of police response to the retail trade, possession and consumption of drugs, has seized a large quantity of heroin ready for cutting, as well as instruments or tools related to traffic of drugs in Los Ruices-San Javier.
This action has led to the arrest of a person who began fleeing a police checkpoint, on suspicion of crimes against public health, road safety and anti-phishing.
This action is framed within the prevention services of public safety that the Guardia Civil de Murcia has enabled the detection and eradication of drug trafficking, production sites, sales and distribution of narcotics.
Civil Guard officers while serving in an operational preventive public safety established in the town of Los Ruices-San Javier, proceeded to arrest, among other vehicles, a passenger car occupied by a person.
The driver of the vehicle designated by the officers, began fleeing at high speed endangering the physical safety of staff and other road users.
After a brief pursuit the officers overtook the vehicle escaped.
By identifying the driver, he showed the documents of another person to avoid being sanctioned, because it lacked a driving license.
Subsequently, and before the suspicions of the agents due to a high state of nervousness of the driver, made an exhaustive and thorough inspection of the vehicle, making discovering hidden within this large amount of drug and traffic-related effects, the latter must at the time of his arrest and subsequent remand in custody.
Arrested
As part of this action has proceeded to the arrest of a person suspected of crimes AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH, identity theft and dangerous driving:
- Spanish, 28 years and resident of San Pedro del Pinatar.
The detainee has a history of committing similar crimes before.
Substances seized
Have been seized in the possession of the detainee the following substances:
1302 doses of heroin hidden inside a vehicle, arranged to supply outlets for illicit drugs.
In addition to have seized a precision scale for the preparation of the doses.
The detainee, the substance and effects seized and police inquiries have been made available to the District Court at San Javier (Murcia).
