The dinner of fried egg opens tonight at San Javier Carnival period will continue from next week with the intense program that celebrates carnival Santiago de la Ribera.
For dinner of fried egg this year, which begins at 21: 30h.
in the civic center of San Javier, recovers the play of "Don Carnal and Doņa Cuaresma" in collaboration with the theater group San Javier, whose director, Leonor Benitez will play the demure Lent, and the group of classical music Conservatory of San Javier, "Antiqua Guitar Ensemble".
The dinner, as usual, will be served by a team of waiters and waitresses who will try to surprise once again, the guests, that given the dates show that it is more likely to show their support for Don Carnal.
The menu, however, be rather of Lent and as the name suggests will have on their centerpiece fried egg, accompanied, of course, with excellent French fries.
