Concert: Dayna Kurtz, Terri Lyne Carrington "The Mosaic Project" (13/07/2012)

The program for Saturday night July 14 alone justifies the poster image XV Festival de Jazz de San Javier who first starred in a jazzwoman.

In this mosaic of styles, ages, and backgrounds contriubyen instrumentalists Helen Sung (piano), Tineke Postma (saxophone) that accompany Jazz San Javier, with a band complete with the great Tia Fuller (sax), Nir Felder ( guitar) and Joshua Brozoski Hari (bass).

The drummer Terry Lyne who has worked with greats such as Herbie Hancock, with whom he performed in the third edition of Jazz San Javier, Wayne Shorter or Stan Getz, among many other, enjoying one of his best career professionals with nearly 30 years, and a wide recognition of the music industry.

Carrington also highlights as a composer, professor in the College of Music Berkleee and producer, including the singer Dianne Reeves, with whom he worked on "That Day" (1997).
