A wild laughter can enclose anything beyond laughter carefree and happy that it is precisely that of the characters played by Charo Lopez and Javier Gurruchaga in this bitter comedy signed by American Christopher Durang, directed by Josep Costa, and production of Pentación,.
The author presents these two characters from a casual touch in a supermarket in one hour and a half show, compare two ways of being and behaving of these characters brought together by loneliness and a certain neurosis, able to release "a wild laughter in the midst of the most painful affliction, "as described by the director Josep Costa.
Chase ghosts with all his might, trying desperately to see the glass half full, open up to delirium, and lash out against all evil around us is what the two characters, played by Lopez and Gurruchaga Charlo, through a text that includes monologues and dialogues with the audience laugh and enjoy in this explosion of feelings that will eventually be recognized.
In fact, as explained by the very Charo Lopez, the work is based on an experiment conducted in New York with street people who came on stage to tell their problems by way of therapy.
The actress Charo Lopez and performed this work 20 years ago as now directed by Josep Costa.
