The Festival of San Javier hosts the official launch of the latest show of Yllana, "Far West" first foray into the world of Yllana Western genre, and a tribute to Western movies.
This company, which began in 1991 as a theater group of visual humor, opens with "Far West" a new way to have more narrative, which begins with the conception of a complete story when mounting the show.
"Far West", which is run by 2 of the 5 components of Yllana, David Ottone and John F.
Ramos tells the story of an antihero trying to regain his love.
Performed by Antonio de la Fuente, Susan Cortes, Cesar Maroto and Ruben Hernandez's story begins with the rapture of the bride of a simple farmer by outlaws in search and seizure.
His attempt to recover it, take the history of the Old American West with a caravan of settlers who will be the wild and lawless saloons of bad deaths, Indian tribes, deserts full of dangers, duels in the sun, and as in all good western, lots of action.
The staging of this show in which the collective imagination Yllana recovered on the Old American West is set in the time and supported by projections on panels.
Yllana is an indispensable companies within the theater of humor in Spain.
In 20 years it has mounted hugely successful 20 performances as "The Bald Soprano," "The best sketches from Monty Python" or "Pagagnini" with which they received the award for Best Show at the Fringe Festival in New York, among many others.
It has now diversified its activities in the creation, production and distribution of entertainment, self and others, events, and audiovisual formats.
Since 1996 Bishop manages the theater in Madrid, where after the premiere of San Javier, will "Far West" from August 23.
