The Civic Center of San Javier Social Services I celebrated Intergenerational Coexistence Week which will run until Friday October 5 focused on the role that higher being developed at the present time of crisis.
The initiative comes on the Day of the Elderly, which was commemorated yesterday October 1, aims to publicly acknowledge the support that grandparents are giving families, especially taking care of their grandchildren.
The program will include several workshops that taught students of municipal employment workshop Sociocultural Animation, which teach the largest number of techniques that allow them to maximize leisure time spent with her grandchildren.
Traditional games, balloon twisting, recycling, marine knots, juggling, storytelling and songs are some of the activities practiced in the workshops on 2 and 3 October, to implement them in the intergenerational day to be held on the afternoon of next Friday, October 5 to be attended with her grandchildren, aged between 6 and 11 years.
The conference to be held at the Senior Center of Santiago de la Ribera, which aims to enrich the relationship between grandparents and grandchildren, will feature a performance of the participants in the workshop of Storytelling and songs.
