The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martínez Pastor attended today, along with Lt. Col. The death this morning of a flight instructor commander in the crash of the F-5 in the vicinity of the air base in Talavera la Real (Badajoz), in which a student was injured lieutenant, was very present in the act which began with the hoisting of the flag half mast from Spain to the sound of the national anthem played by the band of the AGA and witnessed by a delegation of students of military center.
The chaplain of the AGA, Ildefonso Valcárcel had words of remembrance for deceased military "Commander Alvarez" as well as "the ensign Santamaría student" who was seriously injured in the accident, during the dirge in memory of the deceased.
