The mayor of San Javier Juan Martínez Pastor received today at City Hall to Colonel Director General Air Academy Emilio Gracia and new students in the institution who have made their miliary traditional visit to the town, where his military studies conducted.
The Mayor, accompanied by many of the city council, welcomed the 160 new students of the AGA, as future Air Force officers, as the Common Defense Corps, which considered "neighbors" of the municipality, in the hall of the City Council, at a ceremony presided over by the new director of the AGA Colonel.
Juan Martinez stressed the importance of the AGA for the municipality of San Javier and the excellent relations that have historically kept both institutions pledging to continue caring for them.
Meanwhile, the new Colonel director, Emilio Gracia, which is involved in this visit for the first time since his appointment last July, thanked "the love that you have given us always," and certified the link between the AGA and the municipality of San Javier, "we have for what we needed."
During the official reception, the student From God, number 1 of the 68th promotion thanked on behalf of the students' affection and respect received by residents of the municipality, "while pledging to keep up the consideration received .
After an exchange of gifts between the Mayor and the Director of the AGA Colonel, students were moved to the church of San Francisco Javier where they made an offering to the Employer.
The rain prevented the traditional training of students in the Plaza of Spain, did not hinder the visit to other municipal, as the museum, the sports hall and the auditorium and Parque Almansa.
