Today starts the Ruta de Tapas and Cocktails 2012 in San Javier, which is held on the occasion of the festivities, involving 36 property offering tapas and drink for 2 euros, or sophisticated cocktails for 3 euros, until December 6 .
The route includes covers for all tastes, from simple mini pizza to more sophisticated as an Iberian sirloin brochette marinated in honey sauce with crispy sweet potato and pepper foam.
Nor need imagination in cocktails with names like Sweet Original Sin or fantasy.
Road, gaining adherents every year, including an award for best cover voted by the public.
In order to vote you have to be with a primer of the path where all premises are to be certified at the same visit with a stamp.
Scoring is held from 1 to 10, 10 of the lids tested.
The booklets delivered in an urn in the party tent from 4 to 6 December.
Besides the award for best cover there are prizes for the participating public, as a weekend for 2 people, a meal for four, dinner for two and gourmet items.
To qualify for the prize shall be completed at least 22 boxes of 36, with 4 of them in cocktails.
For all other awards will be submitted sealed visits to 15 participating locations.
The prize draw will be held on December 7 in the party tent.
