The Sports Medicine Center of San Javier Municipal Sports Centre has launched a free service through which you can get a first report, for free, with an assessment of the health status of the person concerned in relation to sport.
The physical exercise or a sport brings great benefits but in certain cases it may also pose risks to the organization.
A pre-sports medical examination may be helpful to prevent possible danger or, at least, a questionnaire to assess health status.
The new proposal Sports Medicine Center, the PDM is precisely to get the report through a comprehensive questionnaire which interested parties may complete at home and send to the Medical Service of the PDM to personally answer with directions and recommendations.
The aim of this questionnaire is to identify possible changes that may be aggravated by the realization of a given year, making recommendations as appropriate in each case.
With this initiative, the Centre for Sports Medicine of the PDM takes a further step in the quality of service provided to users on prevention and optimization of sport beyond the medical, elementary, basic, standard and advanced carried out in consultation by a doctor specializing in sports medicine.
The questionnaire is available on the website in the window PDM Sports Medicine Center and can be sent by email, regular or in person.
The same procedure will be used to deliver its report to the person concerned.
