The Councillor for Youth, Masegosa Estíbaliz today received in the new premises of the Department, in San Javier, the young participants in the United European exchange in which a group of 33 young Spanish, "San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar and Los Alcazares), Swedish and Italian, have discussed the issues related to cyberbullying and Internet safety.
The exchange, which ends tomorrow, Tuesday, August 13 after 8 intense days in the shelter of El Valle in Murcia, celebrates the day trip to San Javier, whose youth correspondents prompted this initiative supported by the Department of Youth, and followed also by their colleagues in neighboring municipalities.
Indeed, Swedes and Italians, were interested in the program of youth correspondents on average transmission of information between the youth group.
Masegosa Estíbaliz explained that over the past few days, the young people shared work sessions on the theme of exchange and leisure activities including visits to the host municipalities.
On Thursday, San Javier were offered a guided tour boat on the Mar Menor, as the Italian group was leaving today, a day before the closing to take place tomorrow.
The rest now enjoy a day of activities in Santiago de la Ribera, including an introductory course to the dugout.
The young participants were very satisfied with the outcome of this exchange that have been shown that the problem of Internet security is a global problem for which demand not only individual security measures, but changes in the structure and legislation respect.
