The departments of Education and Tourism have launched a competition for tourist promotional video of Santiago de la Ribera aimed at the educational community of the Official Language School of San Javier.
The contest, which is part of the commemoration of the 125th Anniversary of Santiago de la Ribera, the two best papers award to be presented in English and / or French, in addition to being unpublished and not exceed 4 minutes.
Councillor for Education, Catalina Perez accompanied by technical Herminia Hernandez and the director of the EOI Maria Angeles Martinez-Abarca explained that this competition is to bring the 125th Anniversary of Santiago de la Ribera also the EOI, as has been done since the Department of Education, with the other schools in the municipality
The contest is presented under the title "How beautiful you are Santiago de la Ribera" is exclusively for alumni, students and teachers at the language, they have absolute freedom to tackle the job, with the unique requirements of languages, duration, and will be standard MP4 format, presenting 3 copies in the office of Tourism Santiago de la Ribera until 16 December at 18:30 h.
The two winning entries will receive a meal for two at a restaurant of the resort, and a guided visit to the Mar Menor Ferry.
In addition, the first place can be seen on television on Channel 1 Mar Menor-Torre Pacheco, as well as the websites of the Department of Tourism and the School of Languages.
Maria Angeles Martinez-Abarca said the collaboration between the City and the Official School of Languages ​​in multiple activities and undertook to disseminate and to get the call to all students, faculty and alumni from the center to encourage participation.
