The Mayor signed an agreement with facilitating Kolping Dual Vocational Training in Germany to young unemployed (14/03/2014)

The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martínez Pastor, accompanied by the Councillor for Trade and Employment, Pedro López, signed this morning at the Ministry of Education, Universities and Employment, a collaboration agreement with the Director of Training and Development at the International Kolping, Wolfgang Gelhard, through which young people of the town to form in Germany pursuing a Dual level is possible.

The agreement signed this morning committed to the City of San Javier to disseminate and publish, through the Local Development Agency, the training proposals made Kolping, among users of their service employment, which must be between 18 and 35 and be unemployed.

The selection of candidates who are willing to fill one of the seats available, correspond to Kolping, which is responsible for providing German courses prior to their training in Germany.

The Local Development Agency of San Javier and sent 3 young municipality, who were interested in this opportunity last year to Germany where they study Bouquet kitchen and hospitality while performing remunerated trainees, 812 euros per month.

Currently, five other young men of the village, who have been selected to attend classes prior to his departure to Germany in late August language, along with 26 other young people from the region.

The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martínez Pastor stressed the importance of the agreement signed this morning, because offering another option when it comes to job placement and training qualified among the young unemployed.

President Kolping Training and Development Wolfgang Gelhard, said this initiative is part of a European mobility program.

New job offers to pursue the Dual Vocational Training through Kolping are produced according to the demand that comes to them in Germany.

The hotels and restaurants are the most common, although bakers, butchers and rescuers were included in the final selection.

In the same act signed several agreements the Director General of Training and Special Regime, Marta López Briones, and Councilman Trade of the City of Cartagena, Joaquín Segado.
