The building, designed as a hotel, and equipped with 22 double rooms, with a large chapel, dining room, lounge, reading, and several multipurpose rooms, will open soon for retreats, spiritual retreats, workshops, meetings or group meetings , available to parishes, apostolic movements, and prayer groups or ministry, among others.

The mayor of San Javier, Juan Martínez praised the quality, functionality and aesthetics of the work done, and have expressed satisfaction with facilities that will bring visitors to Santiago de la Ribera throughout the year.

The Bishop explained that after the religious course, the building will also open during the summer, for private retreats, or other courses and activities.
