With the first day of July began in San Javier officially the vaccination campaign of rage 2014, forcing vaccinate canine, feline, and mustélidas (ferrets) of any race species and weight, from the three months and means for dogs and ferrets, cats and five months.
The campaign ends on 31 August, but the puppies reach the age of vaccination recommended for each species outside the campaign period, or adults whose last annual vaccination had been carried past that period, should be vaccinated with the usual patuas by responsible physicians.
The rabies vaccination campaign complies with the Order June 25, 2013 of the Ministries of Agriculture and Water, and Health and Social Policy, for control and eradication of rabies in animals and prevention of risks to public health .
