The Department of Social Services City of San Javier recalls that until August 22 ongoing call municipal aid to persons who have suffered eviction from his residence, which qualified the figure of dation in payment the bank, or are in the process of foreclosure, during the years 2012, 2013 and 2014.
The City of San Javier has allocated a batch of 30,000 euros for this aid to people who are eligible with at least 1 year registered in the municipality of San Javier.
The call which opened early last July provides maximum assistance per applicant 3,195 euros.
The details of the call are available on the basis of these, published in BORM of June 21, 2014, at the Center for Social Services City of San Javier, located across the street Bernal, 13, of Santiago de la Bank, or through the Platform of People Affected by Mortgages Mar Menor which meets weekly in that center.
The municipal call for aid to those affected by evictions, a pioneer in the region, is the work of the City Commission Antidesahucios that was launched in 2013 with the Town Planning, Antonio Luengo, head and formed by all municipal, municipal technicians and representatives of the Platform of People Affected by Mortgage Mar Menor political groups.
