Two young people trying to enter someone else's home requesting a change of a professional locksmith lock (12/08/2014)

This morning held a trial of offenses in the courts of San Javier by a lack of misappropriation and damages against two young men whom the judge has imposed upon them a sentence of house arrest and to pay the costs of repairing a lock they sent a locksmith to change without housing off your property in San Javier.

The incident occurred on 5 August at half past eleven when a local police officer who was conducting a service of citizen oversight is interested in the work of a man who was changing a lock of a house in Blue Division Street in a popular and central district of San Javier.

The locksmith said he was doing a lock change service requested by two young men, a man and a woman who allegedly lost the keys to the house, and saw the police car had fled.

With the help of the neighbors, the police officer located the homeowner who said he had not called to change the lock and that the house was occupied by his brother, so he filed a complaint at the Civil Guard.

The locksmith provided the police a physical description of the couple, aged about 25, and a mobile phone, which had already turned off.

Later, in his statement to the Guardia Civil identified in a photo wheel the man, who already had a criminal record, and through him to the woman, recognizing both the facts.
