The Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning, through the Department of Architecture, Housing and Land, and the City of San Javier work in coordination to advance the process of processing the model of urban and territorial development of the municipality .
The general director of Architecture, Housing and Land, Yolanda Muñoz, held a meeting with the Town Planning, Heritage Park and Mobile Statistics of the City of San Javier, Antonio Luengo Zapata and the latest technical staff drafting the General Plan Urbana (Plan) to propose next day plenary approval.
Yolanda Muñoz explained that the Department provides technical advice on planning matters to municipalities, "a work designed to promote municipal planning and growth of the towns, urban development harmonize with the natural, historical, artistic and environmental protection elements."
In this regard, he stressed that the goal is "to give a new impetus to the writing of the General Urban Plan of the municipality, in order to get final approval in the shortest period of time."
In such meetings, the planning procedures to develop municipal plannings and adjusting them to the standard, in order to facilitate its processing are coordinated.
After the meeting, Yolanda Muñoz noted that "we have reviewed the outstanding issues of remedying the urban standard is currently undergoing modifications and possibly approve imminently."
